Bixo Kinderopvang Apeldoorn IKC De Sjofar (BSO)

Bixo IKC De Sjofar in Apeldoorn provides after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our location is situated on the ground floor of the brand new Integral Child Center De Sjofar at Glazeniershorst 403. We work closely with primary school De Sjofar, ensuring children transition directly into a familiar environment after school hours. Our pedagogical staff welcome children in a spacious, dedicated BSO group room specially designed for after-school activities. The room offers various corners where children can play, do crafts, build, or simply relax in our cozy chill corner. Additionally, we utilize the school's playroom for games, music, and theater activities, and we have access to an exciting outdoor space where we organize sports and recreational activities. Each location has its own location manager who also works directly with the children. For IKC De Sjofar, this is Cisca Elsenga. Because she knows the children and parents personally, we can quickly respond to individual wishes and needs. We provide care on school days, study days, and during all school holidays. From September 2025, we will expand our services to include daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years, becoming a complete child center serving children from 0 to 12 years.
