Best 4 Kids – Binnenstad is located right in the vibrant city centre of Heerlen, at Akerstraat 27. From this unique spot we provide after-school care (BSO) for primary-school children aged 4 to 12. We pick the children up from various schools in Heerlen after class and bring them to our welcoming location, where a creative, cosy and inspiring afternoon awaits. Our BSO is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. This means we give children room to discover, investigate and develop their talents on their own terms. We have our own studio and kitchen, so children can craft, build, cook or act whenever they feel like it. In addition, we have a large outdoor space and the nearby Aambos within walking distance: every day we head outside to explore nature or bring nature inside. Safety and trust are our top priorities. Our qualified and experienced pedagogical staff are always ready with a listening ear and an encouraging word. This allows parents to continue their working day with peace of mind while their children enjoy an unforgettable afternoon.
