Welcome to Avontureluur childcare, our small-scale after-school care located at Breestraat 3A in the heart of Hoogeloon. We provide care for up to 24 children aged 4 to 12. Our BSO is housed in two atmospheric haystacks that blend into each other and is situated next to a large, adventurous garden with its own vegetable patch and animal meadow. After school, children can unwind and recharge at Avontureluur. We often start the afternoon with a shared moment: catching up, a biscuit and a drink, followed by the freedom to choose what to do. Children can check whether the chickens have laid any eggs, help in the vegetable garden to watch fruit and vegetables grow, or head out to the animal meadow and the sand hill. These activities are part of our daily routine because we believe children learn best through real-life experiences. We maintain open communication: both children and parents know exactly what to expect. Our pedagogical staff are ready to listen, think along, and work together with the children to create a pleasant afternoon—whether that means quietly settling in after a busy school day or running, building, and exploring in the garden. Avontureluur opened its doors on 9 May 2022 and is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 310849962. We take pride in our rural, homely atmosphere and look forward to new adventures with your child!
