About this care
AI
At BSO Anne Frank, part of MIK & Spelenderwijs, children aged 4 to 13 feel right at home every afternoon. We are located within the Integral Child Centre (IKC) Anne Frank at de Beente 15 in Maastricht, close to the primary school and the toddler care. After school we start together at the table with a snack and time to chat. Then each child chooses what they want to do: play games, do crafts, cook, play outside or act in a play. We work with two age groups: one for children aged 4 to 8 and one for children aged 7 to 13. This allows us to tailor activities to the developmental stage of the child.
Children’s participation is very important to us. Through the children’s council, children actively help decide on the layout, activities and toys. This gives them ownership and makes the childcare truly theirs. Our dedicated, enthusiastic staff are ready every day to make it a great afternoon together with the children. During school holidays we join forces with BSO de Spiegel and organise a varied holiday programme full of fun outings and activities.
We pick up children from Anne Frank Primary School and PC Primary School Suringar, so parents can work without worry. Parents who want to be involved in the quality of our childcare can join the parent committee. Together we ensure that BSO Anne Frank remains a safe, challenging place where children love to come.Read more
