2Vleermuizen

Welcome to BSO 2Vleermuizen, a cozy and welcoming after-school care center located in the heart of the Vruchtenbuurt neighborhood in The Hague. We are situated on the first floor at Vlierboomstraat 366, connected to De Vlierboom primary school through an internal door, making the transition from school to after-school care seamless for children. Our BSO consists of two groups with cool, bright spaces where children feel right at home. We have our own nature garden and access to De Vlierboom's large playground complete with football goals, a basketball hoop and challenging play equipment. During holidays we even get to use the gymnasium for extra sports activities. At 2Vleermuizen we believe that after-school time is children's free time. Together with the children we decide what activities to do. Whether it's playing football, cooking together, starting creative craft projects or making music - there's plenty of room for personal input. We also collaborate with our KICKS department who regularly organizes awesome workshops and excursions. Think survival days, surfing lessons, drumming or graffiti spraying. Our location is perfectly positioned: close to the forest, beach, dunes and petting zoo. We regularly go on trips to explore nature. For holidays we've put together complete vacation programs with activities that really challenge children. We pick up children from De Vlierboomschool and De Vliermeent, allowing parents to work worry-free while their children have a great afternoon with us. We eat healthily and cozily together at the table before starting the day's activities. At 2Vleermuizen we build a cool program together where every child feels seen and valued.
