2Kaketoes after-school care is located on the ground floor of Nutsschool Laan van Poot, right in the green Vogelwijk neighbourhood of The Hague. We provide small-scale out-of-school care for up to 40 children aged 4 to 12. Our large, secure outdoor area borders the school playground and offers plenty of space to run, play and practise sports. Inside, a spacious activity room can be flexibly set up for crafts, games, dancing or quiet homework time. Our qualified staff work closely with teachers from Nutsschool Laan van Poot and the 1st Dutch Montessori School at Laan van Poot 353, ensuring a seamless transition from school to after-school care. We follow a clear daily rhythm that balances free choice, group activities and relaxation. Fresh fruit and drinks are provided; warm meals are available on request. We are open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on both school days and holidays.
