Welcome to BSO Buitengewoon at our farm on Ganzestraat 27 in Hapert. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 years in a unique agricultural setting. Our location is situated on a real farm with extensive indoor and outdoor spaces where children can play, discover and experience adventures. Our pedagogical staff pick up children from local primary schools using our own cargo bikes or car with child seats. We collaborate with schools in the area to ensure a smooth transition from school to after-school care. After school, we start with a communal table moment where children can choose from various activities we offer that day. The farm offers endless possibilities for nature and animal activities. Children help in our vegetable garden, care for the farm animals and learn in a playful way about sustainability and nature. We regularly organize excursions to the nearby nature reserve and work with themes that connect to the seasons and the farm cycle. Our activities focus on movement, creativity and social development. Think of sports and games in our spacious outdoor area, crafting with natural materials, and collaborating on projects. We believe it's important that children can choose what they want to do, with our pedagogical staff guiding and stimulating them. We work with a permanent team of pedagogical staff who know the children well and create a safe, homely atmosphere. Each day ends with a communal moment where children can talk about their day while enjoying a drink and a snack.
