Broer Konijn

We are KDV Broer Konijn, located in our own building at Kanaaldijk 196 in the north of Koedijk. Since 1995 we have provided small-scale, professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4. The centre has 55 places divided into four horizontal groups: a baby group (0-1 yrs, max. 9 children), a toddler group (0-2 yrs, max. 12 children) and two pre-school groups (2-3 yrs max. 14 children and 3-4 yrs max. 16 children). Everything in the group is tailored to your child’s developmental stage, from bottle-feeding and nappy changes to language development and playful school-readiness activities. At Forte childcare we see children as builders of the future. Movement and experience are therefore central. We work with themes, activities, outings and workshops and offer a challenging outdoor space where discovery and adventure come first. Our garden has a natural look; children can run, climb or play quietly in the sandpit. We also make regular trips to the playground in Koedijk. Our homely building is designed so that the very youngest can enjoy sensory play and the older children can retreat to quiet corners or actively play with table football and a playhouse. We use a pedagogical programme tailored to age and interest, with attention to respect for nature. Parents log in to the Konnect Parent Portal and can use our childcare from as little as one day a week, Monday to Friday 07:30-18:30.
