Bosrijk - dependance

BSO Bosrijk Dependance is an after-school care location operated by SKAR, located at Eduard van Beinumlaan 28 in Arnhem. Since May 14, 2024, we provide care for up to 20 children aged 4 to 12. Our theme is nature, and this is reflected in everything we do. Situated in a green area, children can relax, play, and explore after school. Our pedagogical approach focuses on independence, creativity, and collaboration. We work with small, mixed-age groups so children can learn from and support each other. Our staff provide structure while also encouraging initiative. We believe in the importance of outdoor play, nature experience, and developing social skills through play. Activities range from arts and crafts to outdoor adventures like building huts, searching for insects, and forest walks. We regularly organize excursions in the local area. There’s always something to do, and children are free to choose their activities. We offer healthy snacks and drinks in a safe and homely environment. Our location manager, Léonie Krul, ensures a warm welcome and a stable team. We work closely with parents and schools to ensure our care aligns with each child’s needs. At BSO Bosrijk Dependance, every child feels seen, heard, and at home.
