Bolderwagen

Peuterspeelzaal De Bolderwagen is located at the same address as day-care centre Bolderwagen: Minister A.S. Talmalaan 2 in the heart of Bussum. We provide small-scale, half-day care for toddlers aged 2 to 4 in two horizontal age groups. Our programme follows the Dutch Early Childhood Education curriculum ‘Startblokken’, which playfully stimulates language, numeracy and social skills. Each morning begins with a circle time, followed by free-choice activities such as building, drawing, making music and story time. Themes like ‘the forest’, ‘the hospital’ or ‘the farm’ guide our projects. The garden, directly behind the classroom, offers plenty of space to run, sand-play and explore. Simple, healthy snacks (a piece of fruit and a drink) are included; other care arrangements are made in consultation with parents. Our dedicated pedagogical staff are ready every day to give your child a safe, challenging and above all enjoyable toddler morning or afternoon.
