Boerderij BSO Reeshoeve

Welcome to Boerderij BSO Reeshoeve, our unique after-school care located in the heart of Tilburg’s Reeshof district. Housed in a charming old farm at Langendijk 30, we offer children aged 4 to 13 a green, animal-rich place to play, discover and grow once the school day ends. Here, children are free to be children: romping outside, getting dirty and learning by doing. Our farm is home to a host of cuddly residents. Kids help care for our pigs Tes and Pip, our goats Jut, Jul, Janneke and Koosje, rabbits Ko and Nijn, and our cheerful free-range ducks. We also tend seasonal vegetable plots together, harvesting produce that we later turn into tasty salads or soups. After school, children can choose from a varied programme. Younger and older kids build mud castles, explore in our biology cabin, try out digital skills, sport or drama guided by a BSO specialist, and discover science with discovery kits from the natural-history museum. Those who wish can also play football in the adjacent park. We walk to collect children every day from Helen Parkhurst, De Wegwijzer, Jan Ligthart Hartevelden and De Fonkel. For children from other schools in Reeshof we are happy to discuss pick-up and drop-off options. Our after-school care is open Monday to Friday after school until 19:00. During holidays and study days we welcome children from 07:30 to 19:00. We also offer before-school care from 07:30.
