Welcome to Okidoki Boelhouwerstraat, a small-scale childcare centre in the heart of Heenweg. We provide daycare and toddler care for children aged 0 to 4 years, in a place where there is room to explore, play and develop. Our location has a maximum capacity of 24 childcare places and has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 1 January 2010 under number 825807426. We work closely with primary school De Kameleon Heenweg, ensuring a smooth transition from toddler care to primary education. At Okidoki Boelhouwerstraat, a safe and stimulating environment is central. We offer both horizontal groups and toddler care. The horizontal groups are organised by age, allowing us to respond optimally to your child's developmental stage. Our pedagogical staff work with the VVE programme (Pre-school Education), through which we stimulate language, numeracy and social skills in a playful way. Toddler care takes place on fixed mornings from Monday to Thursday from 08:15 to 12:15. Our location features two adventurously designed playgrounds where children can romp, discover and play outside. The outdoor areas are safely laid out and offer plenty of opportunities for natural play experiences. Thanks to our central location in the village centre of Heenweg, we are also easily accessible from Dijckerwaal and the surrounding area. Daycare opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:00. Sarine de Winter is the manager of Okidoki Boelhouwerstraat. She ensures that staff are empowered so that they can offer every child a pleasant and educational day with care and attention. At Okidoki, we value cooperation with parents.
