KDV Boazum It Krobbehonk

Day-care centre Boazum It Krobbehonk is located at De Pôlle 4 in the heart of Boazum. We provide care for up to 8 children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and secure environment. Our permanent team of pedagogical staff work according to a pedagogical plan based on the latest insights in child development. We use horizontal groups, keeping babies separate from toddlers and pre-schoolers. This creates calm, familiarity and optimal development for every child. Our daily schedule is carefully aligned with the natural rhythms of young children. The morning starts with a cuddle and a quiet breakfast, followed by play in the spacious indoor area or in our safe garden. We use the Early Childhood Education programme ‘Uk & Puk’ to stimulate language development. Age-appropriate sports activities are offered weekly. Children take their afternoon nap outdoors in fresh air, each in their own cot with familiar belongings. Fresh fruit, bread and drinks are included, as are nappies and care products. We believe it is important that parents and children quickly feel at home. Therefore we work with familiar faces and a personal approach. During the settling-in period we take plenty of time to get to know each other. We also organise regular outings to the playground, the petting farm or the woods, allowing children to safely and playfully discover the world around them. With us, everything revolves around security, development and fun.
