Club Basker - Vondelpark

Our after-school care is located in a monumental building right in the middle of Vondelpark – one of the most beautiful spots in Amsterdam. We pick up children aged 4 to 12 from nearby schools after class. Our own pedagogical staff collect the children on foot, by bike or by minibus, depending on how far the school is. Every child is welcome to be themselves. We provide a safe, familiar place where children can make their own choices and discover new things. Our activities focus on learning through play: about themselves, about others and about the world around them. We love to go on adventures in Vondelpark itself, use nature as a learning environment and encourage movement and creativity. Our pedagogical staff are ready to really teach your child – at their own pace and in their own way. We follow a well-thought-out pedagogical policy based on the latest insights. Together with parents, we ensure that children develop with self-confidence and can step into their new world with confidence. Would you like to come and see for yourself?
