Welcome to BLOS After-School Care Overijssellaan 309, located in the Kennemerduin district of Heemstede. We are part of BLOS kinderopvang, an organisation with over 25 years of experience in professional childcare. Our after-school care offers a safe, challenging and welcoming place for up to 33 children in one horizontal group after school hours. Once the school bell rings, our doors open for children aged 4 to 12. We pick up the children ourselves from nearby schools – on foot, by bike or with our own bus – so parents can work without worry. Upon arrival, we always start with a moment of calm: chatting about the school day, sharing stories and relaxing together. Afterwards, children choose which activity to join. Drawing, crafting, building, sports or simply playing in the garden – everything is possible. Our pedagogical staff are ready with enthusiasm and attention. They encourage, stimulate and challenge children to discover new things. Through play, children learn about themselves, each other and the world around them. We believe it is important that every child can be themselves and grow at their own pace. Therefore, we provide space for both individual development and playing and discovering together. At BLOS Overijssellaan 309 we work with a clear pedagogical policy focused on fun, development and safety. We use the parent app for practical matters such as reporting absence or requesting extra days. Parents are always welcome for a tour or a personal conversation. Together we ensure that the children go home with a smile – tired from all the adventures, but fulfilled.
