Club BLOS Sport – Guido de Moorstraat

Welcome to Club BLOS Sport – Guido de Moorstraat, the energetic after-school club located above the clubhouse of sports association Wateringseveld in The Hague. Since 1 January 2010 we have welcomed up to 43 children aged 4–13 at Guido de Moorstraat 35. Registered under LRK number 295752944, we meet all statutory quality standards and are supervised by the GGD Haaglanden. Everything we do revolves around action, fun and sporting development. Our enthusiastic staff collect children after school—on foot, by bike or with the BSO bus—and greet them with a warm welcome. The afternoon starts with a joint warm-up: chatting about the school day while loosening up the body. Next comes a healthy snack; children who already know how prepare their own sandwiches while we provide fruit and drinks. Then the real adventure begins: football, hockey, athletics, gymnastics and self-designed relay races—every day brings a new challenge. We work on technique, tactics and fitness, always tailored to the child’s age and interests. Younger children learn through play, while older kids focus on refining specific skills and building team spirit. There is also time to relax: reading a book, quietly doing homework or taking one last sprint across the sports field. After an active afternoon the children go home recharged and smiling, ready for the next sporting day. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:30. For more information or to register, visit www.blos.nl.
