Welcome to BLOS Amaliastraat, our spacious daycare centre in the heart of Amsterdam-West. In a beautiful historic building at Amaliastraat 5, we provide a safe and stimulating environment daily for up to 52 children aged 0 to 4 years. Since January 1, 2010, we have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 165014751, allowing parents to apply for childcare allowance. Our location features four large, bright group spaces fully tailored to the world of young children. The layout offers quiet corners for the youngest, challenging play areas for toddlers, and discovery corners for preschoolers. Each group has direct access to a secure outdoor area, allowing children to enjoy fresh air daily and play in our garden. We follow the pedagogical policy of BLOS childcare, challenging children to grow at their own pace and in their own way. Our pedagogical staff provide loving and full attention to guide each child in their development. We stimulate, challenge, and encourage in a safe yet challenging environment. This helps children develop confidently into independent, social, and curious individuals. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We offer flexible childcare options, allowing parents to choose the days and times that best suit their family situation. Parents who wish to visit our location can request a tour through our website. This allows parents and children to get acquainted with our location, staff, and approach.
