Child centre BinnensteBuiten is located in the green Roel Langerakpark in Rotterdam-Blijdorp. Our day-care centre is part of KindeRdam Childcare and provides care for up to 110 children aged 0 to 4. The site borders the nature playground De Speeldernis and has a large, gently sloping garden where children can explore nature through play. Indoors, nature is equally present: plenty of light, open spaces and an architecture that lets the seasons unfold before the children’s eyes. Even the youngest babies can watch the outside world from their play mat. As a NatuurRijk location, nature experience is central. We offer a rich, challenging play and learning environment where movement, creativity and language development go hand in hand. We work with carefully chosen themes, provide a rich language offer supported by gestures, and give children all the space they need to develop. Our pedagogical staff are ready with warm attention and structure. Parental involvement is important to us: there is an active parent committee and we work together with parents to achieve the best development for each child. Flexible care, horizontal and vertical groups and pre-school education are part of our offer. We are open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:00, with the possibility of extended care until 18:30.
