Ska Kindcentrum Binnenstebuiten (dependance)

Welcome to Ska Kindcentrum Binnenstebuiten (dependance), our small-scale after-school care located right in the heart of Hooglanderveen. We are situated at Disselplein 10, next to primary school Sint Joseph and sports centre De Dissel. From this spot we provide care for up to 19 children aged 4 to 12. As a dependance of Stichting Ska Kinderopvang we work closely with the school and the village, ensuring your child always feels at home. Everything we do revolves around discovery and movement. From our room we step straight into the discovery garden, where children can romp through the bushes, build sandcastles or grow vegetables in our own vegetable patch. We believe it is important that children learn to eat healthily and know where their food comes from. That is why we regularly pick herbs and vegetables together and use them when we cook. We also love to go out and about: with our wagon we explore Hooglanderveen, visit the petting zoo, the bakery and the nursing home. During the village festival we show ourselves, because we are proud to be part of this close-knit community. Our pedagogical staff collect the children directly after school at Sint Joseph and guide them to the dependance. During holidays we are already open from 07:30 and we offer a varied programme with sports, games and creative activities. We gladly use the facilities of sports centre De Dissel, where the children can let off steam in the gym or on the sports field.
