Bengel

Welcome to Daycare Bengel, a unique location in the middle of nature at Raarhoeksweg 34c in Raalte Noord. We are part of childcare organization KOOS and provide care for children from 0 to 4 years old. With us, every day starts a new adventure where nature and our animals play a central role. Our location is situated right next to Ivoor and surrounded by beautiful green surroundings. Children can fully enjoy the fresh air and the animals that live with us. We have goats, rabbits, sheep, alpacas, donkeys and ponies. Sometimes we even take a ride on the ponies - how fun is that! In our garden we climb and clamber on hay bales and romp around whenever possible. Cuddling with the animals is of course also part of the experience. Inside we have a rural interior that brings nature indoors. It's cozy and there's so much to discover. We craft, puzzle, sculpt and paint. Singing, dancing and chatting is what we love. We learn to listen to each other and learn from each other, with fun being our priority. Our cozy team of permanent pedagogical staff takes care of everything children need. We provide fresh fruit, bread, drinks and snacks. Diapers and challenging, educational AND fun toys are also included. At Bengel, every day is full of playfulness and discoveries! We work with three horizontal groups: two groups for children aged 0-2.5 years (the Chicken Group and Piglet Group) and one group for children aged 2-4 years (the Outdoor Fun). This way we can properly respond to the developmental needs of each age group.
