Beertjes Burch

Kindercentrum Beertjes Burch is located in a large, detached building on Steekterweg in Alphen aan den Rijn, right next to the Oude Rijn river. We provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our spacious, green outdoor area invites play and discovery: the youngest ones can safely ride bikes in the garden, build sandcastles in the sandbox, or play in the playhouse. A special feature of our care is that children also sleep outdoors in dedicated outdoor beds, allowing them to enjoy the fresh air. Inside, we offer a warm and safe environment where each child’s development is central. Our pedagogical staff organise age-appropriate activities such as crafting, building, and games that stimulate imagination and motor skills. We use early childhood education (VE) to support children’s language development and prepare them for primary school. The transition to other forms of care within our child centre is smooth, as we occasionally organise joint activities between the daycare, toddler care, and after-school care. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. We believe in flexibility for parents; therefore, care from 07:00 is possible upon consultation with our customer service.
