BSO Hoef en Haag

BSO Hoef en Haag is located in the brand-new child centre at De Brink 6, right in the heart of Hoef en Haag. Operated by Stichting Dichtbij Kinderopvang, this after-school facility welcomes up to 66 children aged 4 to 12. The bright, spacious central hall invites children to play, explore and meet each other; a place where they feel safe and at home as soon as the school day ends. We work closely with Basisschool Het Avontuur, housed in the same building. This seamless partnership means the transition from school to after-school care is literally just a doorway away. Children can join us straight after school for relaxation, play and development on regular school days, study days and during school holidays. Our dedicated team of pedagogical professionals is ready every day to give children a warm welcome. We offer both calm structure and exciting challenges. The centre’s layout is flexible: there are cosy corners for chilling, building, crafting or simply taking a quiet moment. Outside, a secure playground allows children to run, cycle and play sports to their hearts’ content. At BSO Hoef en Haag the child is always at the centre. We follow the children’s rhythms: time to unwind after school, then together decide what they would like to do. No two days are the same. We celebrate special occasions, explore the local area and let children help shape our programme. In this way they grow not only in independence but also in self-confidence.
