Welcome to Vriendjes Kinderopvang en Passende Zorg – Locatie Utrechtseweg, a modern daycare centre in the heart of Zeist. Since opening in early 2022 we have provided a warm, safe and stimulating environment for up to 94 children aged 3 months to 5 years at Utrechtseweg 84. Our brand-new location features eight spacious groups: two baby groups, one vertical group, one toddler group, two PLUS groups and two groups especially for ‘older toddlers aged 3+’. This set-up allows us to work both horizontally and vertically, offering every child the care that best suits their needs. Flexibility is central to our approach. We are open daily from 7.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and offer a variety of childcare options: a shortened contract from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., morning or afternoon care, term-time-only care, and fully flexible care where parents can submit a different schedule every week or month. This way we adapt to the rhythm of each family. Our location manager Ilse Agterberg and her team are ready to tell you more about our pedagogical policy, our vision on upbringing, and all the possibilities we offer. For children who need extra support, we run PLUS groups. In these care-treatment groups we work with up to 16 children aged 0-5 who experience developmental delays. Together with a physiotherapist, speech therapist and remedial educationalist we set new goals every three months and provide tailored guidance, while the child still participates in a regular daycare setting.
