Ballon

Peuterspeelzaal De Ballon is located in a quiet, green area at Louise Hardenbergsingel 4 in Leiden. We provide care for children aged 2 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. The large green outdoor playground, which we share with the adjacent childcare facility, is a favorite spot for play. Children can slide down the slide, run through the grass, dig in the sandbox, or race cars on the play street. Inside, there is a large playroom that can be transformed into a movement course during bad weather. After all the activities, there is also time to quietly read a book on the couch and work on the theme. Our two enthusiastic pedagogical staff members pay great attention to each child's qualities and stimulate development with small personal activities. De Ballon offers the possibility of pre- and early school education (VVE) to optimally support children's development. We work with a fixed daily routine and apply a clear pedagogical vision focused on toddler development. Our opening hours are Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 12:30.
