Babino Peuteropvang de Heidebijtjes

Welcome to Peuteropvang de Heidebijtjes, part of Babino and located at Blauwe Ring 91 in Assendelft. We provide toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 in a safe, stimulating environment designed around their development. Together with OBS Ayundo and ICBS de Octant, we form an integral child centre (IKC), allowing us to gently prepare children for primary education. Our pedagogical staff create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The group space is arranged with different corners and toys that match the world of toddlers. We work with themes and regularly change materials so children discover new things to learn. Through play, they develop new skills and explore the world around them at their own pace. We use the VVE programme Piramide Digitaal to support children’s development. This programme offers age-appropriate activities tailored to toddlers’ needs. We adapt the daily routine to each child’s requirements. If a child needs extra attention, we make time and provide targeted support. In addition to the indoor space, we have a pleasant outdoor area where children can play and explore. Both inside and outside, there are plenty of opportunities to play with available toys. We believe it is important that children feel safe and free to investigate and grow. Peuteropvang de Heidebijtjes is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
