Babino BSO de Kroosduiker Noord

Welcome to Babino BSO de Kroosduiker Noord, our welcoming after-school care facility in the heart of Westzaan. We are located at Torenstraat 5, in the same building as primary school De Kroosduiker. Together we form an integral child centre (IKC), allowing children aged 4 to 13 to seamlessly transition from school to after-school care within one familiar environment. Our BSO accommodates up to 34 children, divided into two groups. The largest base group is located within the school building itself, where we have our own room set up with engaging corners and play materials. We also have access to the school's large hall, providing additional play space. Our dependance group is housed in the preschool building on the other side of the playground, specially equipped for our youngest after-school children with age-appropriate play materials. Each day we offer a varied activity programme. Think creative craft projects, sports and games, cooking and baking, and nature experiences. During school holidays we organise special outings to the forest, playgrounds or bowling alleys. We believe it's important that children can express themselves, but also have space to relax and do their own thing. Our pedagogical staff are ready every morning for before-school care from 7:00 to 8:30 AM. After school, after-school care starts immediately after school until 6:30 PM. During school holidays we are open from 7:00 or 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, so parents can rely on us during holidays too. We work intensively with OBS De Kroosduiker, ensuring children experience a familiar and safe environment. The large school playground offers plenty of space for outdoor play and discovery.
