GGD Kennemerland conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 18 September 2025 at childminder B.C.C. Rutte on Kievitstraat 42 in Haarlem. The childminder provides care for up to six children through childminder agency ViaViela, primarily at the requesting parent's address. Most areas complied with the act immediately: registration, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, and accommodation. Two violations were identified regarding safety and health, for which recovery offers were issued. The childminder successfully completed both recovery offers. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
