2Waterlelies

Welcome to BSO 2Waterlelies, located at Oostergosingel 153 in the heart of Wateringse Veld in The Hague. We are part of 2Samen, an organization with over 25 years of experience in childcare, focused on providing a warm, safe and stimulating environment for children. Our location shares the building with the ‘De Lelie’ branch of CBS De Waterlelie, allowing children to join us safely and quickly after school. BSO 2Waterlelies provides care for up to 32 children aged 4 to 12. We operate one BSO group and a separate toddler group, with children grouped by age and development. Our spaces are bright, homely and inviting. Younger and older children each have their own room, allowing everyone to develop at their own level. Our nature garden is a real highlight: a green oasis where children can play, explore, build and relax. There is plenty of space for outdoor play, creative activities and nature experiences. We work closely with three primary schools in the area: Maria Montessorischool, De Waterlelie and RKBS De Fontein. We collect the children directly after school and guide them to our location. A healthy snack is waiting for them, after which the children choose how to spend their afternoon. Whether they want to relax with a book, join a KICKS activity or play outside: anything goes. KICKS is our own development-focused program full of sports, creative and cultural challenges. Think graffiti spraying, tree climbing, drama classes or survival days. This program is fully included in the care. Our pedagogical staff work from 2Samen’s Pedagogical Framework, which clearly outlines how we guide, stimulate and support children. We stand for calm, structure and recognition, but also for space to discover and grow. We actively involve parents in their child’s development and use the 2Samen Parent App for quick and easy communication. At BSO 2Waterlelies, every child feels seen, heard and at home.
