2Wasberen

Day-care centre 2Wasberen is situated in the heart of the Morgenstond district in The Hague, at Orveltestraat 35. We are part of 2Samen and welcome up to 60 children aged 0 to 4 every day. Our close-knit team of pedagogical staff work in vertical groups: babies and toddlers share the same space so that children of different ages can learn from one another. At 2Wasberen we believe in letting children discover nature. We have a large green outdoor play area and our own greenhouse where we garden and carry out nature activities on a regular basis. For children aged 2½ to 4 we offer pre-school education (VVE), preparing them for primary school in a playful way. Our doors open at 7.00 a.m., giving parents flexibility at drop-off. Together we create a safe and familiar place where every child can develop at his or her own pace. We observe what each child needs and tailor our guidance accordingly. Parents experience us as involved and approachable; we enjoy working together to promote their child’s well-being.
