Al Amana

Al Amana is located within the Islamic primary school Al Amana in the Kersenboogerd district of Hoorn. As part of Stichting Kinderopvang West-Friesland, we have been providing childcare for over 40 years to children aged 0 to 13. Our toddler group is specifically designed for children aged 2 to 4 and operates according to the school hours of the primary school. We offer early and pre-school education (VVE) four half-days per week for children from 2.5 years old. Our toddler group is based on Islamic principles, celebrating Islamic holidays and aligning our policies accordingly. We maintain close collaboration with the kindergarten classes of the primary school; themes are coordinated and 3-year-olds regularly participate in the physical education activities of the kindergarten students. Our toddler arrangement consists of 2 half-days per week, with parents choosing between Monday and Thursday mornings or Tuesday and Friday mornings. The toddler group is closed during school holidays. Our dedicated team of pedagogical staff is fully committed to your child's development in a safe and familiar environment.
