AKROS BSO Joop en Willy Westerweel

Welcome to BSO Joop & Willy Westerweel, located in the heart of Amsterdam West, De Baarsjes. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 years in a warm and safe environment. Our BSO is part of AKROS-IMPULS and works closely with the Joop & Willy Westerweel primary school. At our location on Balboaplein 44, we have two BSO groups where children can come after school. We offer a familiar place where children can play, relax and discover new things after a day at school. Our pedagogical staff are ready to welcome and guide the children in various activities. In addition to regular after-school care, we also offer the WesterweelAcademy, a program with extra activities after school. Children can come to us for homework guidance, sports activities and creative challenges. We work from the conviction that every child is unique and has their own pace and interests. Our BSO is located in the Joop & Willy Westerweel child center, which creates a seamless transition between school and childcare. The children already know the location from primary school, which gives a great sense of familiarity and security. We are open to all children in the neighborhood and work together with parents on their child's development.
