Welcome to Agrarische Kinderopvang KiekdeKoe, located on the farm at Sondernweg 14A in Aalten. We provide daycare for children from 10 weeks to 4 years in a unique, natural setting. Our horizontal groups ensure that children explore and play at their own level, with age-appropriate toys and materials. On our farm, children experience real country life. They watch the grass being mown, witness calves being born, feed rabbits and guinea pigs, and play in the meadow. We keep groups small, with a maximum of 27 children, so every child receives the attention they deserve. Indoors we have a separate baby room (0-2 years), a cosy living room, nappy-changing and toilet facilities, and a quiet sleeping area. Outdoors children can nap in our sleeping tower or play in the covered barn, so we can be outside in any weather. Our approach is based on green pedagogy: a low-stimulus environment, plenty of fresh air, and contact with animals and nature. We are affiliated with the Association of Agricultural Day-care Centres (VAK) and follow their strict quality standards, including annual audits and HKZ certification. This means you can count on safe, responsible care in a warm, homely atmosphere.
