Kindcentrum Academia is a growing childcare organisation in Schiedam. We offer both daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for children aged 0 to 4 years and after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our childcare is focused on providing a safe, healthy and stimulating environment where children can develop to their full potential. At our daycare center, we work with vertical groups, which means children of different ages are cared for together. This promotes social development and creates a homely atmosphere. We offer activities tailored to each child's developmental stage, such as arts and crafts, music and movement, and language development. We also work with the Preschool Education Programme Piramide, which focuses on stimulating broad development in children. Our after-school care (BSO) is all about relaxation and fun. Children can choose from various activities, such as sports, arts and crafts, cooking and nature workshops. We work closely with primary schools in the area to ensure a continuous learning pathway. Parents can use a parent portal for communication and viewing invoices. We place great value on healthy nutrition and therefore provide healthy meals and snacks. Our locations feature both indoor and outdoor play areas, and we have an extensive range of learning materials. In addition, we have a security system in place and offer support for children with special needs.
