Buitenhof

Kindcentrum Het Buitenhof is located at Buitenhoflaan 1 in Leiderdorp. This centre houses the primary schools ’t Bolwerk and De Hobbit, a gymnasium and FloreoKids childcare under one roof. The site is currently undergoing sustainable renovation and expansion, bringing sport, education and childcare seamlessly together. The refurbishment is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. For childcare this means modern, spacious and bright group rooms designed specifically for children aged 0 to 4. The outdoor area is also being renewed, making outdoor play and discovery a key part of the day. FloreoKids works from the principle ‘samen spelen, samen groeien’ – playing together, growing together. The pedagogical staff provide a safe and familiar environment where every child is given space to develop at their own pace. Attention is paid to language, motor skills, creativity and social skills, always tailored to the child’s age and development. The collaboration with the schools and the sports facility makes Het Buitenhof a vibrant centre where children are introduced to a rich learning and play environment from an early age.
